神社のお祈りの時に何を願うのが正しい？

全然更新してなかったです！

最近神社に行けてないので残念です。

本編というか、別のブログで「瞑想と食事」の話をさせて頂きました。

神社でお祈りをしてる瞬間も瞑想状態に近いと聞いた事があります。

基本、神社などでは「お願い」ではなく「感謝」をしにいく方が良いと言われてます！

それも結局は自分のしたい様にすれば良いと思っていますが。

なぜなら私は１つの神を信じる「一神教」より、日本的な全てのものに神がやどる「多神教」の方が好きだからです。

ようは神社とか好きだけど、あまり「神」とかは信じてない感じです。

宗教を否定するのでなく、私はそう思ってるだけです！

「引き寄せの法則」とかである話だと欲しい物を願うよりも、願いが叶ってる状態を想像する方が効果的な事になってます。

願いが叶ってる状態＝感謝

みたいなロジカルでお祈りという瞑想状態で感謝するのは、良い効果を生み出しやすいのかもしれません。

お祈りも瞑想も「その瞬間に頭の上らへんにある何かに集中」する感じです！

「ロジカル」って言葉を神仏に組み合わせるのもどうかですかね（笑）

ちなみに食事の瞑想でしたが昨日の夜は牡蠣、今日はアフォガードを集中して頂きました！

ただの食いしん坊ですね（笑）

I haven't updated this in a while! It's a shame that I haven't been able to visit a shrine recently. In another blog, I discussed meditation and eating. I've heard that the moment of praying at a shrine is similar to a meditative state. It's generally said that it's better to go to shrines to express gratitude rather than to make requests! However, I think people should do whatever feels right for them. That's because I prefer the Japanese belief in multiple gods residing in everything, rather than monotheism, which believes in a single god. In other words, I like shrines, but I don't really believe in "gods." I'm not denying religion; it's just my personal belief! In the law of attraction, for example, it's said that imagining your wish has already come true is more effective than simply wishing for it. A wish coming true = gratitude Praying in a meditative state with this logical mindset might make it easier to achieve positive effects. Both prayer and meditation involve focusing on "something above your head" at that very moment! It might be strange to combine the word "logical" with gods and Buddhas, though (laughs). By the way, I focused on eating oysters last night and affogato today during my mealtime meditation! I guess I'm just a foodie (laughs).

生まれ変わりの場所

タイトルが意味深ですが（笑）

神社がパワースポットと言われるのは「生まれ変わり」の場所とされてるからなのかもしれません。

詳しくは説明しませんが神社には「死んで蘇る」ようは生まれ変わる場所という説もあるという事です。

確かに神社やお寺に行って鳥居をくぐり参道を通りお宮参りをすると、気持ちが新たになる気がします。

他にも木々があり鳥の囀りなんかも聞けて静寂な感じが心を癒してくれます。

その様な感じがするのも、私が神社にハマってるからだけではないと思います。

先日行った神社は検見川神社、知る人ぞしるパワースポットです！

さて先日、ランニング後に散歩してたら桜の花が綺麗で写真撮りました！

その時に、このブログ書こうと思いました！

別に大した事では無いのですが「アーモンドの花」です。

神社と関係ないのですが、そこはご愛顧で！

全く影響無いのかというと、そうでも無いのかも？！知りませんが（笑）

「聖書」に出てくる花として有名な花になりますが、何を言いたいかと言うとですね、、

そっくりなんです！

千葉神社行くなら豆大福 If you want to go to Chiba Shrine, Mame Daifuku

千葉神社に来るなら、歩いて1分位の豆大福本舗木村屋さんもオススメです。

豆大福は日本人でも好みが分かれる味ですが、好きな人には美味しいです！

昼過ぎには売り切れてしまう事もしばしば。

SOGO千葉店の地下にも売ってるのですが、せっかく千葉神社に行ったら本店に行ってほしいです。

I personally enjoy Mame Daifuku with tea, but it also pairs well with coffee, making me feel happy! The price is quite reasonable, so I highly recommend both locals and foreigners to give it a try. You can find it for sale in the basement of SOGO Chiba, but if you're visiting Chiba Shrine, I'd encourage you to go to the main store instead.

It's close to a hobby and a diary, but I like visiting shrines recently, so I hope I can convey it well.

千葉市にある千葉神社は、鎌倉時代に創建されたとされる歴史ある神社です。祭神は別雷神・別雷神妙見菩薩・山神様です。千葉氏の氏神であり、開運や厄除け、商売繁盛などのご利益があるとされています。境内には、手水舎や石段、本殿などの伝統的な建造物があります。毎年1月に開催される「初詣」や、8月の「夏祭り」など、千葉駅から徒歩約15分でアクセスできる千葉神社は、観光客や地元の人に親しまれています。お土産や食事を楽しめるお店が多数あります。

Chiba Shrine, located in Chiba City, is a historic shrine believed to have been founded during the Kamakura period. The shrine is dedicated to the gods Betsu-raijin, Betsu-raijin Myōken Bosatsu, and Yama-no-kami. As the patron deity of the Chiba clan, it is believed to bring good fortune, ward off misfortunes, and promote prosperous businesses. The shrine grounds feature traditional structures such as a temizuya (purification fountain), stone steps, and the main hall. Various festivals are held throughout the year, including the New Year's "Hatsumōde" in January and the "Summer Festival" in August. Chiba Shrine, a 15-minute walk from Chiba Station, is popular among both tourists and locals. There are numerous shops around the shrine where visitors can enjoy souvenirs and meals.

神社の狛犬の口元を見ると右の狛犬が「あ」左の狛犬が「ん」と言ってます。

「あうん」【阿吽・阿呍】

始まりと終わりの意味、出す息と吸う息。

When you look at the mouths of the guardian dogs (komainu) at a shrine, you will notice that the right komainu's mouth is open, as if saying "a" (あ), while the left komainu's mouth is closed, as if saying "n" (ん).

"A-Un" [阿吽・阿呍]

This symbolizes the beginning and the end, as well as the breaths we exhale and inhale.

朱色の綺麗な神社です！繁華街を抜けた場所にあり平日は人も多くないのでゆったり出来ます。

初詣は凄い行列が出来る位の人気の神社になります。
